Transition games are educational tools and can be used wherever we want to raise awareness and increase motivation for engaging in systemic transitions. The games can help us believe that change is possible and think about what would be involved. Teachers in high school, university lecturers, and people working in corporate training or change management will find the games useful for their work.
These games can also be used to develop a game that simulates your actual plans. Playing a simulation game builds team spirit in a way that no formal meeting with agendas and minutes can achieve. A game is a safe space for experimenting, grabs the imagination, and helps you foresee both opportunities and setbacks that may happen along your transition path.
Transition games are part of our offer for teaching and training in Serious Games and are being developed on the basis of our existing prototypes. Course offers will start via our Game Studio in 2024.
